Introduction
Each module, file and each file's routines are listed in this reference
chapter. The ordering is alphabetic: by module name. The module routine names
describe the routine's function though additional explantations are provided
where it is thought necessary. When using the generic programming level,
only the first section of the full function name should be used with the
Do...(...) command, e.g., use "ReadPars" rather than
"ReadPars_PureTone (see sections 0 Simulation Specification
Programming (AudPerSS.c) and 0 Generic Programming (AudPerGen.c)).
Each module for which a test program was written has an illustrated example of
its use, where appropriate. The main parameters for the test programs are also
given, but the respective module parameter files are listed in section
