Welcome to my recipe page. The traditional North Indian recipes on this page are provided by two of the best North Indian cooks I know: my wife, Jyotsna Kochhar, and my mother, Mrs. Nirmal Kochhar (of New Delhi, India). Besides sharing them with you, my goal is to preserve traditional North Indian recipes that I grew up with. Please keep checking as I plan on adding more. Feel free to use or distribute them as much as possible. If you have any comments, please send me a note.
